Most people stop too early

Three years ago, Sachi began in a quiet hostel in Goa.

There was no office, no funding, no team—just a simple setup built with my own hands and a uncomfortable reality:either make it work within six months or go back to a job I knew I didn’t want.

No backup plan. No safety net. Just a decision.

There were times when things felt slow. Times when doubt crept in. Times when it would have been easier to stop. But something changes when you don’t give yourself an easy way out—you adapt, you learn faster, and you keep going.

Over time, small wins started to add up. One client turned into two. Conversations turned into opportunities. Effort slowly began to translate into results.

Today, Sachi stands as something far greater than what that hostel room could have imagined.

We now work with some of the biggest names in the industry—organizations with decades of legacy, including Fortune 500 companies with over 150 years of history, as well as some of India’s leading fintech firms. What once started as a solo effort has evolved into a growing, trusted partner for companies solving complex hiring and data challenges.

But beyond numbers and milestones, the journey has taught a few lessons that continue to shape how we operate:

Clarity beats complexity – Asking the right questions solves more problems than having quick answers

Consistency builds momentum – Progress is rarely sudden; it’s the result of showing up every single day

People matter more than processes – Strong relationships create long-term impact

Speed with intent wins – Moving fast is important, but moving right is critical

Resilience is the real differentiator – Most people stop too early

Most importantly, this journey reinforced one belief:when you have nothing to fall back on, you discover what you’re truly capable of building.

Bigger challenges ahead, bolder goals to chase.

Grateful for the journey so far—excited for everything that’s coming next.
